The difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercise

There are two main types of exercises. Aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Let’s start with the first. Aerobic literally means oxygen. Aerobic exercise has an important distinction; It burns fat as its main fuel. Can anyone find a benefit for this? Anaerobic means without oxygen. Anaerobes burn sugar as their main fuel. Despite popular myth, exercise doesn’t have to be vigorous to offer massive physiological benefits. Even light exercises will burn fat.

Light exercise removes lactic acid (a waste product of the body) and stimulates cells to regenerate. To ensure that you are doing aerobic (fat burning) exercise rather than anaerobic exercise, it is important to make sure that you are doing several things while you are exercising.

The most important thing is to breathe deeply while exercising. Breathe in deeply into your stomach through your nose, hold it and exhale forcefully through your mouth.

Second, make sure you are exercising at a comfortable level. Practice at a level of 7/10. You should still be able to carry on a conversation while exercising. Do this for at least 45 minutes a day and watch your energy explode.

Do you think you don’t have time to do this? There is always time. Use the time you would have spent sleeping to rejuvenate your body. I guarantee you will need less sleep. Use the time in your lunch break to exercise. The increase in productivity will make you more in possession of the ball, and save you time through the massive increase in productivity. See, with the increase in oxygen from aerobic exercise so does the speed and efficiency of your brain.
Ride a bike, walk, swim or exercise.

Rebound (or cellular as it is now known) is one of the best forms of aerobic exercise out there. If you have access to a rebounder, use it. Use any breaks you have while working to engage in some form of movement and deep breathing.

Exercise is also good for the heart. It literally makes him a bigger, stronger member. Deep breathing makes the lungs stronger and larger. Research now links exercise to help benefit and prevent nearly every type of disease or ailment.
The movement of any joints promotes blood flow and energy generation. Sitting all day takes away energy from the body. If you sit all day it is critical that you enhance blood flow, circulation, energy, brain flow and the strength of your heart.
